1. Who is behind Baleardata

Baleardata is a RIAPRO LLC project. This notice identifies the owner of the baleardata.com website and the channel for enquiries about its content or how it works.

2. What this website is for

Baleardata helps you organise the questions and information worth reviewing before buying a home or land: property details, flooding, wildfires, safety, planning projects, roads and nearby services.

Address and cadastral-reference searches are available to identify properties in the Balearic Islands. Confirming an address does not generate a report. The public example is identified separately from the report for your chosen property. Complete reports remain paid services and private reports require a valid session and permissions. Public ordering and payments remain closed. An unanswered question or unavailable item does not establish a favourable finding about an address.

3. Public data and maps

Third-party data and documents keep their own dates, terms of use and limitations. A map may be out of date or may not show a recent change. The street map uses OpenStreetMap; when a report includes a plot boundary from Catastro, it is identified as such.

Catastro and the Land Registry (Registro de la Propiedad) are different sources. Selecting a reference does not prove who the owner is, whether there are mortgages or seizures (embargos), or that it is the property in a listing. A line on the map does not, on its own, determine the legal boundary of a property.

4. Rights over the content

Our own texts, design and developments are subject to the rights belonging to RIAPRO LLC or to their authors. Public information, maps and third-party software keep their own licences; their presence here does not grant any additional reuse rights.

Leaflet is used under its two-clause BSD licence. OpenStreetMap mapping includes its attribution and is subject to its terms. You can consult OpenStreetMap's copyright information. No claim is made that Baleardata is a registered trademark.

5. Links and availability

Links to documents and organisations let you find out more or check information. Their websites are managed by third parties and may change. We try to keep the website available and to correct any errors reported to us; you can check availability on the service status page or report an issue to the email address given.

These notices do not exclude any liability that applies by law, nor do they reduce the user's mandatory rights.
