What is available and what remains pending
Here we explain what you can consult and what remains pending. This page does not check in real time whether every source is working.
Public identification
The workflow covers searches in Mallorca, Menorca, Eivissa and Formentera, selecting a plot and choosing a dwelling or premises when supplied by the source. A source may fail or return incomplete information.
Example and property-specific report
A separate example demonstrates the interactive web report format. A confirmed address needs its own evidence and edition; confirming the address does not establish that its report has been generated.
Ordering and commercial delivery
Complete reports remain paid services. Public ordering and payments remain closed. Private test cases require authorisation and do not form a catalogue of free reports. Confirming an address does not grant access to a private report.
