What you can do here · 30 October 2026
Understand the property you are considering
Start by identifying the flat, house, premises or plot you want to check. Then see which information is available and what remains unconfirmed.
Find and check
Enter a Balearic Islands address or a cadastral reference. If a plot contains several flats or premises, select the specific property and check its address and details. Your dwelling and the plot are different things.
Read the scope of each finding
Sources retain their date, origin and coverage. “Not assessed”, “unavailable” or “no intersection in the consulted map” do not mean that no risk exists. Check important issues against the documents and with the relevant professional.
Distinguish the example from your own report
The example shows the format and concerns another property. Confirming an address in the search does not generate your own report or establish ownership, charges or building permission. Ordering full reports remains closed.
