Discuss a property with evidence
BalearData is preparing a workflow for estate agencies to present what is known, what remains unconfirmed and their own contributions, with clear provenance.
Your account and reports
Use your account to view the orders and reports you are authorised to access. Opening or editing a private report requires a valid session and the corresponding permissions. These access rights do not open public ordering.
Your contributions remain distinct from sources
Photos and details provided by an estate agency must identify their origin. An agency review is not presented as an independent BalearData check. Material risks and limitations remain visible.
Plans and ordering
Prices and allowances come from the server catalogue when the service is enabled. This page does not establish new prices, subscribe to a plan or charge a payment. Public ordering remains closed.
